Brad was the first employee of Lighthouse back in 2010. Many of his strengths come from the operations side in which he handles here at Lighthouse. Chances are, if any challenges arise outside of operations Brad will still successfully tackle it.  His positive energy and outlook on Lighthouse sheds light throughout the company which is a powerful tool. .
