Nick Lanham
CEO | OWNER Nick has 14 years of experience within the industry. He identified areas for improvement quickly in his career and that’s when he started Lighthouse in February 2011. Pumping his blood sweat and tears into the business he has created a multi-million-dollar company that values each member of the Lighthouse team. From growing Lighthouse from himself and one other employee, to now over 60 employees (and still growing) his vision is still coming true.
Joe Myers
PRESIDENT | PARTNER Joe started out in the transportation industry in 1996 at a Heavy Haul Trucking company until he started brokering in 2002. He became extremely successful and advanced through the ranks where he specialized in negotiations, sales and training. Joe joined Lighthouse in 2017 and continues to grow Lighthouse with his experience of 25+ years in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry. His relentless drive and winning mentality has brought life and excitement to Lighthouse which in turn has led Lighthouse to new levels.
Jon Talbert
PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Jon has 15+ years of sales experience and has been a business owner for the past 8 years in the logistics industry with NTL. In April 2021, NTL was acquired by Lighthouse and since then, he focuses on the business development sector. His goal is to maximize the relationship between NTL and Lighthouse.
Brad Ratliff
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS Brad was the first employee of Lighthouse back in 2010. Many of his strengths come from the operations side in which he handles here at Lighthouse. Chances are, if any challenges arise outside of operations Brad will still successfully tackle it. His positive energy and outlook on Lighthouse sheds light throughout the company which is a powerful tool.
Kyle Lanham
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES Kyle has been with Lighthouse since July 2019 and has consistently proven himself to be a great leader. His dedication, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to Lighthouse has been instrumental in his success.
Hana Bayou
CFO OF LIGHTHOUSE TRANSPORTATIONS CO Hana Bayou is the CFO of Lighthouse Transportation Co., where she has led financial strategy for the past three years in the fast-paced freight industry. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati and the University of Florida (MACC), Hana began her career in accounting with a large commercial contractor before becoming Chief of Staff for the Chairman of a national development company. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two sons, especially on the water.
Michael Johannemann
CONTROLLER Michael has been with Lighthouse for nearly a decade specializing in the finance department. Everyday he is learning something new and that’s what drives him. Michael’s passion for numbers has given Lighthouse a unique approach and complete transparency.
Stephanie Ferneding
TRAINING & LOGISTICS MANAGER Stephanie has been with Lighthouse since July 2017, and her contributions have been invaluable. Stephanie has excelled in sales, finishing number one in sales in 2022 and 2023. Her dedication, expertise, and passion make her the perfect fit for this role to help teach our new and future employees what it takes to be successful.
Caitlin Rowlette
HEAD OF TALENT ACQUISITION Caitlin’s background is in Human Resources and Recruiting and brings to the table 10+ years of experience. Her passion to identify top talent and build relationships is her key focus in making Lighthouse a powerhouse. She won’t stop until Lighthouse is the best of the best
