Nick has 14 years of experience within the industry. He identified areas for improvement quickly in his career and that’s when he started Lighthouse in February 2011.

Pumping his blood sweat and tears into the business he has created a multi-million-dollar company that values each member of the Lighthouse team. From growing Lighthouse from himself and one other employee, to now over 60 employees (and still growing) his vision is still coming true.
